What the platform stores

Account email, workspace configuration, connection credentials, API key hashes, encrypted event and outbound message content, delivery records and administrative audit history. Only share information you are authorised to process.

Content retention

Workspaces can choose 1, 7 or 30 days for retained event and outbound message content. Operational metadata remains available for reporting. Session credentials must remain while the connection is in use. Backups have a separate retention period.
